With the already high and rising cost of healthcare insurance, so many do not have it at all... So... what do we do? I remember the times I did not have any. I went to work at a local Health Food store, a few years ago, and that began my interest and love for herbs and preparing my own formulas. I hope that these recipes will benefit you as they did me. Tinctures:
A tincture is a super-concentrated liquid using herbs and alcohol. It is often referred to as the "blood" of the plant. When it is preserved in the alcohol, it has a very long shelf life... much more than bulk herbs in a jar.

You can use a combination of tinctures using any or all of these ingredients...
echinacea
goldenseal
rooibos
astragalus
rosehips
wild cherry bark
white willow bark
feverfew
red clover
red raspberry leaf

cayenne
